  • L&T Housing Finance home loan for Indian resident customer.

  • Applicant should be above 22 years of age at the time of loan approval.

  • L&T Housing Finance Home Loan should be repaid by 65 years of age or when the Loan matures.

  • Applicant should be either salaried or self-employed.

  • L&T Housing Finance Home Loan amount eligibility will be determined based on applicant’s income and also on repaying capacity, age, assets and liabilities cost of the proposed house/flat etc.

  • Home loan eligibility can be improved by adding other sources of income such as rentals from a house, Co-applicant’s income or other regular sources of income.

L&T Housing Finance Home Loan Documents Required

  • Age Proof: Passport, Pan Card, Voters ID card, Driving License, High School Mark sheet or Birth Certificate (Any one of the following)

  • Signature Verification: Passport, Pan Card, Driving License, Banker’s signature verification (it will be required in case of signature mismatch in the KYC Docs and application form). (Any one of the following)

  • Proof of identity/existence:

For Individual (salaried)

  • Passport, Pan Card, Voters ID card, AADHAAR UID number issued by UIDAI, Driving License, Ration Card with Photograph, Bank pass book with photo, Letter from existing Banker certifying address & photograph. (on Bank’s Letterhead with Logo), Identity card issued by a government undertaking organisation, Letter from a recognized public government gazetted verifying the identity of the customer. (any one of the following)

  • Shop & establishment registration copy

  • Sales tax / VAT registration certificate copy

  • VAT assessment order copy and Signature verification from bankers with applicant signing as proprietor for the firm (if any) should be obtained to  be eligible for L&T Housing Finance Home Loan.

For Non-individual ( self-employed, Businessmen)

  • Shops & Establishment certificate /Trade license certificate/SSI registration certificate.

  • Sales Tax/ VAT Registration certificate, Partnership Deed (for firms)/ Memorandum of Association (for companies), Export-Import Code Certificate, Factory registration certificate, Professional qualification certificate and Degree/ Certificate for Professionals, Certificate of Registration issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, PAN Card, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) – Registration Certificate issued by MCA (any one of the following).

  • Address proof: Passport, Driving License, Election ID Card, Electricity / Telephone / Mobile Bill (not more than 3 months old), Latest (not more than 3 months old) statement of account / Passbook maintained with any scheduled bank, True copy of Gas connection book, Certificate issued by Ward Officer maintaining election roll certifying address of the applicants. (any one of the following)

Ownership Proof: (any of the following)

  • Sale Deed of the property.

  • Utility Bills (Electricity & Water bill should not be more than 2 months old).

  • Property Tax receipt latest with the copy of the title deed.

  • Bank statement required for the last six months from operating Account.

Income proof for Businessmen

  • If the borrower is an individual then latest 2 years ITRs with computation for the individual applicants and co-applicants.

  • If the borrower is a firm/company then latest 2 years audited / C.A. certified profit & loss accounts and balance sheets of the firm/company
