DDA Housing Scheme :13,148 Flats Launched – September 2017

(Updated on 08.09.2017) DDA Housing Scheme – 13,000 flats rolled out, Get a Preferred Home Loan from the top banks of the country, Attractive Interest Rates,Quick Approval on Loan.

After a long wait, it is finally time for all home seekers to cheer for themselves as DDA has decided to launch 13,148 flats in a next few days under the DDA Housing Scheme. The master plan is ready for the new DDA Housing Scheme. Some latest changes have been made by Delhi Development Authority in the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 but not a major one.

The scheme has been linked to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) under which the buyer can avail subsidies provided by the central government.

The majority of the flats are located in Dwarka, Jasola, Narela, Rohini and Vasant Kunj areas out of which 10,000 flats are from the 2014 scheme and the remaining 2,000 other units had been lying vacant.

The urban body has tied up with 10 banks for the sale of application forms and scheme-related transactions. The banks are Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDBI, Bank of Baroda, Central Bank, SBI, Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, ICICI and Canara Bank.

Location of Flats under DDA Housing Scheme

The majority of the flats are located in Dwarka, Jasola, Narela, Rohini and Vasant Kunj areas out of which 10,000 flats are from the 2014 scheme and the remaining 2,000 other units had been lying vacant.

Point to Remember:There will be no economically weaker section (EWS) flats available this time and 10,000 flats are in LIG (low-income group) category from the 2014 DDA scheme.No Applicants will be allowed more than a maximum of seven choices of localities under the housing scheme.

Registration fee for the new DDA housing scheme

Registration fees have been reduced respectively from 1.5 lakh to 1 lakh and 5 lakh to 2 lakh to ease the process of acquiring a home.

What is the Application Process?

Now, interested Applicants can apply both through Online & Offline process for DDA Housing Scheme. Registration amount will be refundable if an applicant withdraws Under terms & Conditions.

DDA 2017 Housing Scheme is the most awaited housing scheme announced on 30th June 2017 under which the authority is offering 13,148 housing units for Janta, EHS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories in different areas of the capital city.
